Assists Studio Manager in studio performance including customer satisfaction, achievement of active membership goals & retail sales goals, operational excellence, employee engagement. Ensures compliance Studio policies and procedures. Acts as Studio Manager in the absence of the Studio Manager/Director. Is responsible for Studio inventory and supplies. Creates and implements efficiencies and ideas to improve business. Facilitates Lash Consultant new hire training and onboarding. Role models positivity and sets the tone for a collaborative, highly engaged, motivated Studio culture. May lead Social Media. Reports directly to Studio Manager/Director.
