Amazing Lash Studios are retail salons that apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions with a unique membership-based program.

These partners come to this concept with impressive and diverse backgrounds. O’Donnell served as a U.S. Marine and worked in the banking industry before tapping into her entrepreneurial spirit. After much due diligence of looking for the right fit, she became one of the first Massage Envy franchisees in the Chicago area. Having much success, she began looking for her next adventure, and when the Amazing Lash Studio concept was presented to her, she knew it was the perfect fit. “This is such a wonderful business – making women feel beautiful at an affordable price – what a great business model,” says O’Donnell.

Macciocchi has been in franchising for over 10 years and currently owns and operates two highly successful Massage Envy clinics. Of the partners, Macciocchi will be working on the real estate side for the region. “Finding the right location that will be successful to the franchisee and convenient for the consumer is a priority,” says Macciocchi.

Carlson has extensive expertise in franchise development, and, in addition to Amazing Lash Studio, he is the regional developer and franchise owner for Massage Envy in Chicago. “This first to market concept is truly unique, and there is no other business like this – exactly like when Massage Envy started,” says Carlson. “This is a great opportunity for my partners and me, and I am confident Amazing Lash Studio will be a household word in a very short time.”

With additional studios open in Chicago, Naperville, Orland Park, Geneva and Northbrook, this dynamic team is on the fast track to growth in the region. “We currently have seven studios open in the region, with eight slated by the end of 2017,” says Carlson. “Our growth plan is aggressive to build this amazing brand with over 60 locations across Chicagoland and Indiana.”
